Free Online Introductory Class

Course Description

There are many styles of meditation to choose from. In this free introductory class, you’ll get an overview of our integrated approach to this ancient practice. Our focus is on making your meditation skills applicable to your daily life — both during and after your meditation concludes. Teachers will walk you through two guided meditations focused on being grounded and centered. You will also do a third meditation that integrates these two tools. Class concludes with Q&A time with teachers.

This class is drop-in (no appointment necessary!), so just show up any Tuesday (except when Tuesday falls on a holiday; then check this website for updates) at 7:30 pm Pacific Time.

"I learned to understand the flood of visual information that I get all my life, sort it out and use it in constructive ways, as well as create boundaries. I get a much better sense of who I am as a being that can clarify my wants and manifest them."

— B. Fahlbusch, Fashion Designer, Mill Valley
